For Employers

Employers may post legitimate job openings for review by veterans or military personnel transitioning to the civilian job market.  You will receive notices of interest via email directly from candidates desiring consideration for your posted job announcements.

FREE Postings: Free postings are for a 10-day duration, after which they become inactive. If desired, you may re-activate as a paid posting.

Paid Postings: For a fee of only $30, featured postings are for a 30-day duration, after which they become inactive.  If desired, you may re-activate for another 30-day period for the same low fee.  Credit card payments are taken securely and conveniently through our fully encrypted merchant system powered by PayPal!

Terms of Service:

1.  Employers are prohibited from creating multiple accounts.  Exceptions may be made for larger companies with separate and distinct human resource offices that serve different business units.  MilitaryTalent.net reserves the right, without prior notice, to delete any Employer account it deems to be duplicate to an existing account.

2.  Employers are welcome to post legitimate job announcements, ideally with a salary and compensation package reflective of industry ranges for the respective job titles.  MilitaryTalent.net reserves the right, without prior notice, to delete a job posting it considers inappropriate for veterans or military career transitioners.

3.  MilitaryTalent.net does not verify the accuracy of job seeker information.  Employers are fully responsible for assessing the qualifications of any job seeker, through their normal hiring practices.
